Deemed Receipt of Written Compliance Order A Written Compliance Order is deemed to be received by a Person:
- a) in the case of personal service as in this Article;
- b) in the case of email, the service shall be deemed to have been made on the day of sending unless, the document was sent after 5 p.m., in which case service shall be deemed to have been made on the following day; and,
- c) in the case of mail, on the 5th day after it is mailed.

- 8.2 Contents of Written Compliance Order The Written Compliance Order shall set out the reasonable particulars of the contravention adequate to identify the contravention, the location of the land on which the contravention occurred, and the date by which there must be compliance with the Written Compliance Order.
