An Order served in accordance with subsection 3.10.3. is considered to be served:
- a) on the day of personal service;
- b) on the day of sending if served by email, unless the document was sent after 5:00 p.m., in which case service shall be deemed to have been made on the following day.
- c) on the fifth (5
- h) business day after the day of mailing if served by registered mail;
