All Outdoor Light Fixtures on a Residential Property's Yard shall be turned off after 11 :00 p.m.
- a) Sections 3.12.1 shall not apply to a Residential Property if the Yard is occupied; and
- b) Sections 3.12.1 shall not apply to Outdoor Light Fixtures being used for security purposes or at any point of entry or means of egress.
