- 2 Information displayed on the signage described in accordance with Item 1 above shall relate solely to the retailer, Sporting Life, and their proposed products to be sold at their retail location on the lands shown on Schedule "A" hereto
- 3 The signage described in accordance with Item 1 above shall be extinguished at the end of business day in accordance with the daily operations of the retail development (Hillcrest Mall) located on the lands shown on Schedule "A"
- 22.1 By-law 258–90, as amended, is hereby repealed in its entirety
