A maximum of two (2) Charity Signs per event or activity, in the form of Portable Signs, may be located, erected, or displayed on the inner or outer boulevard of a Street provided that they:
- (By-law 25-26, 8 April, 2026)
- (a) have a maximum Sign Area of 0.60 square metres; and
- (b) are a minimum of 0.5 metres from any curb or sidewalk, or where there is no curb or sidewalk, a minimum of 2.0 metres from the Street or a minimum of 0.5 metres from the edge of a shoulder of a Street where such exists.
