Despite § 349-5F(1), where a person on December 1, 2022 was lawfully keeping any combination of 10 or more rabbits and/or guinea pigs in and about any dwelling unit within the City, that person may keep no more than 10 of those rabbits or guinea pigs, or a combination of both, in and about any dwelling unit until they have died.
