Transition.
Any fence or swimming pool enclosure that was lawfully erected before June 20, 2018, or that is granted an exemption under§ 447-1.5, is deemed to comply with this article until it is replaced and any replacement fence or swimming pool shall comply with this article. ARTICLE 2 Line Fences Act
