Toronto By-law 591, s. (1) — Chapter 591 Noise

A notice of the exemption permit shall be posted in a visible location determined by the Executive Director where each event or activity will occur 7 days prior to the start of the event or activity. This condition may be altered or waived by the Executive Director and if the applicant is unable to post a notice of the exemption permit at the physical location of the event or activity, the Executive Director may permit the permit holder to post it online in a conspicuous manner;
