ORDER means a written direction issued pursuant to the Act requiring compliance with the standards prescribed by this by-law, and “orders” shall have a corresponding meaning.

OWNER includes the registered owner, the person for the time being managing or receiving the rent of the land or premises in connection with which the word is used, whether on the person's own account or as agent or trustee of any other person, or who would receive the rent if such land and premises were let, or a lessee or occupant of the property who, under the terms of a lease, is required to repair and maintain the property in accordance with the standards of this by-law. PARKING AREA means an area used for parking spaces, bicycle parking spaces and loading spaces and includes all collector aisles and parking aisles capable of being maintained for the parking of five (5) or more operable motor vehicles. An outdoor storage yard is not a parking area. PARKING GARAGE/STRUCTURE (STORAGE GARAGE) means a building or part of a building that is intended for the storage or parking of motor vehicles and that contains no provision for the repair or servicing of motor vehicles. PART IV HERITAGE PROPERTY means property designated under
