"Commercial Motor Vehicle" means any motor vehicle having permanently attached thereto a truck or delivery body, and includes ambulances, hearses, casket wagons, fire apparatus, police patrols, motor buses, and tractors used for hauling purposes on the highway and any vehicle bearing commercial license plates; (6A) " Executive Director of Operations " means the Executive Director of Operations or designated subordinate; (inserted B/L 11573, Sept.20/93)(deleted & added, B/L 7-2006, Jan.30/06)
