Upon receipt of the notice referred to in paragraph
- (b) of subsection (6), the City Solicitor shall submit the necessary recommendations to City Council for its designation of the fire route under Schedule "DD" (Designated Fire Routes) of this by-law. (amended B/L,9l43 Sept. 2l/87)
