À moins d’une signalisation qui l’autorise,
nul ne peut circuler ou passer sur un trottoir avec un véhicule routier, un véhicule assisté, une bicyclette assistée ou un ATPM.
Toutefois, il est permis au conducteur d’un véhicule routier, d’une bicyclette assistée ou d’un ATPM de circuler ou passer sur un trottoir :
