Un bruit perturbateur excessif ou insolite qui trouble la paix ou la tranquillité des personnes qui résident, travaillent ou se trouvent dans le voisinage ou dont le niveau dépasse, dans un lieu habité, le niveau maximal prescrit par le chapitre III, constitue une nuisance.
