Reviews policy

Moderation

A towing review is stored as pending. It appears on the company page only after it is approved. A moderator can also reject it. The average rating and the review count include approved reviews only.

No defamation

Do not accuse a company or a person of a crime, fraud, or professional misconduct unless you can point to a public record. No personal attacks, no private details about an employee, and no hateful content. We remove anything that goes past an account of a customer experience.

What we keep

The display name, rating, title, and review text may be published. The email is used to contact you about the review and is not shown on the company page.

Owner response

A public reply from the company owner is planned. It is not available in this version. Approving a review does not create that reply.
