In this Bylaw:
- (a.01) “BYLAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER” means any person appointed by the City pursuant to provisions of section 555 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26; a peace officer appointed pursuant to the Peace Officer Act, S.A. 2006, c. P-35; or a police officer under the Police Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. P- 17;” Bylaw 6512 – March 24, 2026
