(a)

Where a Designated Officer believes on reasonable and probable grounds that an offence has been committed under section 13 of this bylaw, he may serve upon such persons a Municipal Tag, or he may commence proceedings by issuing a summons by means of a Violation Ticket in accordance with the Provincial Offences Procedure Act R.S.A. 2000, Chapter 34 as amended.

15 Any Person who contravenes any provision of the Bylaw is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not more Sheet 6 - 5630 than ten thousand ($10,000.00) dollars and in default of payment is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6) months
