Unsightly Property is property that in the opinion of a Designated Officer is not in keeping with the surrounding properties UNTIDY OR within a one block radius, of similar zoning under The Land Use UNSIGHTLY Bylaw of the City and which is detrimental to the surrounding area LAND OR because of its unsightly condition PREMISES
