The Chief of Police or the Regulatory Services Manager has the right to direct that a taxi operator license be refused or suspended if the Chief of Police or Regulatory Services Manager decides that the person is not fit to operate a public conveyance or if the person does not comply with the provisions of this bylaw or any other applicable provincial or federal legislation.
