In the case of a Mechanical Trade, no license shall be issued to an individual or company until the Regulatory Services Manager is satisfied that:
- (a) the individual or company, or
- (b) an officer of the company actively engaged by the company, or BYLAW 5658
- (c) an employee of the individual or company actively engaged by the individual or company, has a valid and subsisting provincial certificate for the mechanical trade or trades in which the individual or company wishes to engage.
