1607 The notice in writing shall set forth:
- if applicable, the amount the City is ready to pay in cost for the removal of object from the land. 1608 In default of the owner or occupant failing to comply with a notice from the City Manager pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1604 and 1606, the City may do the work, and where applicable, do the work at the expense of the person in default.
