owner of the Vehicle is guilty of an offence and liable for the contravention and the penalty provided herein unless he proves to the satisfaction of the magistrate trying the case that at the time of the contravention the Vehicle was not driven, used, parked or left by him or by any other person with his consent, expressed or implied.
