Every owner of premises shall ensure that an emergency access route, when secured by a gate, bollard, chain or other structure, has a permanent mounted sign on each side of the obstruction, of a size no less than sixty (60) cm by seventy-five (75) cm, which must read:
- EMERGENCY ACCESS ONLY
NO PARKING OR OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS Fire and Life Safety Bylaw No. 10760
