Kelowna : Règlement no 10760, art. 6.1.3 — Fire and Life Safety Bylaw

Every contact person designated under Section 6.1.1 or 6.1.2 must have full access to the premises for which they have responsibility and must be able to take control of and secure the premises from the Fire Department on completion of assistance response or other incident.
