A person must not activate or discharge a fire extinguisher unless:
- a) there is a fire; or
- b) the person reasonably believes that a fire or other incident is occurring or is imminent. PART SEVEN: EMERGENCY ACCESS AND EVACUATION BL11747 deleted section 7.1:
