Nanaimo : Règlement no 2850, art. 3(22) — Sign Bylaw

No person shall erect, construct or maintain:

a sign which is animated or includes automated changeable copy, other than the portion of a sign used exclusively to display digital time, temperature and/or gas price information (Bylaw 7120);
