Nanaimo : Règlement no 5000, art. 16(5) — Traffic and Highways Regulation Bylaw

In the absence of proof to the contrary, the last person whose name appears as owner of the vehicle in the records of the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia is considered to have authorized the parking or placement of the vehicle at the place from which it was removed. (Bylaw 5000.032)
