Nanaimo : Règlement no 5000, art. 28 — Offence Every person driving on or using the highway, in contravention of a regulation, limitation or prohibition made under Section 26, is guilty of an offence against this Bylaw, and is liable, on summary conviction, to a fine of not less than ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) and not more than TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00)
