Traffic and Highways Regulation Bylaw

Where a highway or portion thereof is temporarily closed or the traffic thereon is restricted or diverted under (1), then no unauthorized person shall enter upon, or travel upon the highway or portion thereof, in contravention of the applicable traffic control devices.
