Nanaimo : Règlement no 5000, art. 56.1(3) — Traffic and Highways Regulation Bylaw

In the case of mobile homes and modular buildings that exceed 3.5 m in width, in addition to the requirements of subsection (2) the operator of the oversize vehicle shall ensure that there is displayed on the rear of the mobile home or modular building at the time of transport a sign that conforms fully with the standards in Section 8.03 of the Commercial Transport Act Regulations.
