No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in an off-street parking facility:
- (a) unless a valid parking permit is displayed on the dashboard or rear view mirror of the vehicle with the date, time and permit number clearly visible
- (b) for a period of time in excess of the length of time indicated on the parking permit. Regulations – Schedule “M” Facilities
