All those things done and regulations and provisions made by Council pursuant to "TRAFFIC AND HIGHWAYS BYLAW 1993 NO. 5000", are hereby adopted as orders made pursuant to this Bylaw, and shall have the same authority as orders made by the General Manager, Engineering and Public Works (Bylaw 5000.048) pursuant to Section 48.
