An owner or occupier of a Building or Structure must ensure that the civic address for the property at which the Building or Structure is located is posted so as to be clearly visible from the road using numbers that shall be a minimum of 7.63 millimeters (3 inches) in height and of a colour that contrasts with a surface on which they are mounted.
