Nanaimo : Règlement no 7108, art. 9 — Jurisdiction of Fire Rescue Department The limits of the jurisdiction of the Fire Chief and the Members of the Fire Rescue Department will extend to the area and boundaries of the City of Nanaimo, and neither the Fire Chief or Members shall supply fire fighting services or respond to an Incident nor shall any part of the fire Apparatus or Equipment be used outside the boundaries of the City without the consent of the other local government or express authority of a written agreement between the City and the other local government providing for the supply of fire fighting services, or other Incident response outside the City boundaries
