Nanaimo : Règlement no 7126, art. 9(10) — Management and Protection of Trees Bylaw

An owner applying for a permit to facilitate logging of commercial timber on a parcel of land 0.5 ha or greater in size, shall provide information through a Tree Management Plan prepared by a Registered Professional Forester on the logging methods and measures for the protection of trees which are to be retained on the parcel of land.
