Nanaimo : Règlement no 7126, art. 9(7) — Management and Protection of Trees Bylaw

If an application is received proposing that one or more protected trees are to be cut during the course of the development of a parcel of land, the Director may authorize removal of such trees subject to submission of a Tree Management Plan with the application that indicates trees will be replaced with species in accordance with Schedule H of this Bylaw.
