Repeal “MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE (ROUTES E &
- F) COLLECTION BYLAW 2010 NO. 7112 and “GARBAGE AND RECYCLABLES COLLECTION BYLAW 2009 NO. 7089” and all amendments thereto are hereby repealed.
