Nanaimo : Règlement no 7316, art. 82 — If the Poundkeeper considers that an Aggressive Dog can be retrained and socialized, or that the bite or injury from any attack was the result of improper or negligent training, handling, or maintenance, the Poundkeeper may impose, as a condition of licensing, conditions and Animal Responsibility Bylaw restrictions in respect of the training, socialization, handling and maintenance of the Aggressive Dog
