New City park and public spaces mobile food vending locations shall be approved by the Director of Parks, Recreation and Culture.
A person must not operate a Mobile Food Vending business on City streets except at a location designated and listed in the Mobile Food Vending Operator’s Guidebook, as amended from time to time.
