- 33 If any provision of this by-law or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this by-law which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this by-law are severable
- 34 Where there is a conflict or inconsistency between the provisions this by-law and any other by-laws of the Town with respect to animal services or any orders, By-law Number 6197-19 notices or designations or appeal provisions pursuant to the provisions of this by- law, this by-law shall prevail
- 36 For the purpose of transition to this by-law, any licenses issued pursuant to by- law 6027-17 prior to the effective date of this by-law shall remain effective and be subject to the provisions of this by-law
- 37 The following Schedules attached to this by-law form and are part of this by-law
