No person shall:
- permit to enter at any one-time more than three (3) dogs into,
- (b) permit a dog that is subject to a Dangerous Dog Order of any Municipality to enter, or
- (c) have care or control at any one-time of more than three (3) dogs in, any leash-free park or zone approved or designated by the Town.
