Snow removal activities that are necessary to render safe and/or operational any property on which a business, a school or a residential condominium is located.

For clarity, this exemption does not extend to maintenance, staging and preparation of equipment that is used as part of such snow removal activities,

unless such maintenance, staging or preparation is part of the snow removal activity and is conducted on, or in the immediate vicinity, of the property subject to the snow removal.
