No Person shall make, emit, cause or permit any Noise resulting from any Residential Renovation activity that is audible at a Point of Reception during the following times:
- from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day, Monday to Saturday, and
- (b) from 8:00 p.m. on Saturday to 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, and
- (c) from 5:00 p.m. on Sunday to 7:00 a.m. on Monday.
