Notwithstanding the above, this by-law does not apply to any Fence, Swimming Pool Enclosure, Temporary Enclosure or Swimming Pool erected, placed or constructed by or on behalf of the Town, The Regional Municipality of York, the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority, the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority or the Federal Government of Canada.
