Fence and Pool Enclosure By-law

No Person shall place or allow water to remain in a newly constructed Swimming Pool, until:
- the CBO or their designate has been notified and the Pool Enclosure has been inspected and accepted;
- and
- (b) the provisions of this by-law and applicable law have been fully complied with.
