Aurora : Règlement no 6543-23, art. 5.2 — Property Standards By-law

The owner of any property, which does not conform to the Standards, specifications or requirements established in this by-law, shall repair and maintain such property to conform to the Standards, specifications or requirements, or shall clear the site of all buildings, structures, debris or refuse and leave it in a graded and levelled condition.
