Every owner shall grade their land to minimize ponding of water unless such area constitutes; By-law 2011-107 Office Consolidation The Corporation of the City of Barrie Yard Maintenance By-law
- a) A storm water management pond approved by the City;
- b) A natural body of water;
- c) Swimming pools enclosed in compliance with the City ’s Pool Enclosure By-law; or
- d) Excavations identified in subsections 4.8 or 4.9.
