- 9.1 At the first meeting of the Committee’s term, the members shall select a Chair from among themselves. When the Chair is absent through illness or otherwise, the C ommittee may appoint another member as Acting Chair
- 9.3 The Secretary shall keep on file records of all official business of the Committee, including records of all applications and minutes of all decisions respecting these applications
