Barrie : Règlement no 2014-115, art. 4(a) — Private Tree By-law

No owner, director or officer of a corporation for the owner shall cause or permit the injury or destruction of a tree that is on the owner’s land without first obtaining a permit under this bylaw;

• (b) No person, whether or not the agent for the owner, shall injure or destroy a tree without first having obtained a permit under this by-law; By-law 2014-115 Office Consolidation The Corporation of the City of Barrie Private Tree By-law
• (c) No person shall injure or destroy a tree other than in compliance with the terms and conditions of a permit issued under this by-law;
• (d) No person shall fail to comply with an Order issued under this By-law; and
• (e) No person shall pull down or deface any Order posted under this bylaw.
