the basal area of the woodlot in which the tree stands below 20 square metres per hectare (85 square feet per acre), 15 square metres per hectare (65 square feet per acre) of which is contained in the size class, or classes 24 cm. (9.5 inches) DBH or greater, unless the reduction of the basal area of the woodlot below these standards is in accordance with good forestry practices.
