- 1.2 APPLICATION This By-law applies to the collection and/or disposal of Waste including Garbage, Organics, Recycling, Christmas Trees, Yard Waste, and Special Waste Materials by the City and for the operation of Waste Management Facilities within the geographic boundaries of the City of Barrie. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this By-law and the provisions of any other statute or By-law, the provisions that are most restrictive will prevail
- 1.3 HEADINGS The insertion of headings and the division of this By-law into sections and subsections are for convenience or reference only and shall not affect the interpretation thereof
